Volunteer Your Time
Anyone can be a volunteer. If you would like more information on the buddy walk that you have not
found here at the website, please feel free to contact someone and we will be more than happy to answer any and all questions.
Below is a link for volunteers to go to and to fill out the application. Please go to that link and print the form out and
mail to our office.

Make a Donation
We would like to remind people that charitable contributions are tax deductible. If you would like to make a charitable
donation to our cause and would like it to be tax deductable, we can make it happen for you. If you would like to donate please email
us at the address below and we will mail you the appropriate forms. When you recieve it, please simply fill in the required
information along with your check or money order, payble to the NCADS Buddy Walk and we will send you our Tax ID number
along with a receipt for your records.
